It isn't without reason, that you can compare between women and other of the worlds wonderful things. But what if we compare a woman to a house?
You can see big houses - small houses - smart houses - clumsy houses preserve able houses - and a few condemned houses. Some prefer a little
smart bungalow with exciting sunblind - other want a big
expensive beach villa.
- but you also can use a rent-house. Some have houses in more than
one town some will stay in a house all their life - other change their house
often. Some houses look best
in pure stone or wood - others need a thick
plaster which can give some problems later with crack either as a sign for
age or because of
jerry-build. Several houses have a
room in the attic - but it isn't all which is in use - that room is only
an available room. This will not spoil
the appearances - it is mostly on the contrary.
- and damp in the
basement gives smell-trouble. Damp on the ground floor is not to despise as long as the owner
himself take care of the reparation. If uses of other
workers - the owner usually doesn't know about it, because he do not
appreciate others work in that area. Some houses have beautiful balconies. Little smart French
or big balcony, which often need supporting, - and which often has
a big cornice in the back to keep up the balance. It is an advantage that the proportions and
the installations are okay. Some proportion-fault can be done with
material of plastic which can give
surprises - especially for a new house-owner - and some water-systems
have a tendency to drip. The inspiration to choose a house can take
place in build-markets and in shows - but also in different magazines. Not everyone has luck
with the choice of house. That’s why they have
a little summerhouse besides their round-the-year house. Before you sign the
house-contract, you should research the market carefully - and it is a
good idea to see or try about 100 before you make your
decision. |
